1. Using MyCodez
MyCodez is a place for creators and everyday sharers to organize promo codes, referral links, and other recommendations in one public profile. By using MyCodez, you agree to use the service in a way that is honest, lawful, and respectful of the people who rely on your links.
2. Your content and links
You keep ownership of the profile copy, images, offer descriptions, and links you submit. You are responsible for checking every offer before publishing it and for having the rights to share any brand names, images, or other materials you add. Do not publish fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful links.
3. Third-party offers
Promo codes, referral links, and products shown on creator profiles come from third parties. MyCodez does not issue, verify, guarantee, or redeem those offers. A merchant may change, limit, reject, or end a promotion at any time. Check the merchant’s terms before completing a transaction.
4. Creator and affiliate disclosure
Some creator links may be referral or affiliate links. When you use one, the creator or MyCodez may receive a commission, credit, or other benefit from the merchant. Creators are responsible for making clear, conspicuous, and timely disclosures required by applicable advertising laws.
5. Accounts and authentication
Creator accounts use Clerk for authentication and account management. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account. You may not create an account for another person without permission, evade a suspension, or use another person’s account.
6. Suspension and service changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of MyCodez when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for visitors or merchants.
7. Disclaimers and liability
MyCodez is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service, profiles, offers, or links will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or available. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
