We collect information you choose to provide when you create or manage a MyCodez profile, including your display name, handle, bio, avatar, offer descriptions, promo codes, referral URLs, brand information, and expiry dates. We also receive account and authentication information from Clerk.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide your creator dashboard, publish and display the profile and offers you choose to make public, maintain and secure MyCodez, measure offer interactions, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Clerk and service providers
Clerk provides the authentication and user-account infrastructure for MyCodez. We may use carefully selected infrastructure and analytics providers to host content, deliver the service, store profile assets, and understand service performance.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and account deletion
You can update or remove profile information from your creator dashboard. To delete your MyCodez creator account, use the account deletion controls provided by Clerk when available, or contact hello@mycodez.online from the email associated with your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyCodez changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to hello@mycodez.online.
